Acadia Restaurant

Located on Clinton and College, across from Cafe Diplomatico, Acadia offers southern cookery in the heart of little Italy. If anyone is free tonight or tomorrow, Matt Blondin will be working his last shifts at the Acadia before he leaves to NYC. The next time you see him in his whites, he will be working alongside with David Chang.

Acadia’s Cornbread – sweet potato & bourbon butter

Anson Mills Grits – gulf prawn, oyster mushrooms, pimento cheese, ham hock consomme, parsley

Yarmouth Albacore – blackened spices, brown butter, maque-choux, dill

Ecolait Veal Cheek – date molasses, satsuma, parsley root, bitter cocoa
Carrot & Coconut – pecan streusel, coconut curd, maple sugar, buttermilk snow
